Description
Welcome to Plays-in-the-Park, a unique, government-sponsored outdoor amphitheater presenting three full-scale musicals each summer, and an indoor children’s musical each year.
Plays-in-the-Park is conveniently located one block south of the Menlo Park Mall off of Route 1, in Edison, N.J. The turn off is called Grandview Avenue. At the top of the short hill, make your first right on to Pine Drive and the Park Rangers will guide you to a parking spot.

Beauty and the Beast – Experience the magic as this “tale as old as time” takes the stage! When Belle stumbles upon an enchanted castle, she comes face to face with the Beast—who is really a prince that has been placed under a magic spell! If the Beast can learn to love another and be loved in return, the spell will be broken. Will Belle be able to love a Beast? This Tony Award-nominated Broadway musical features beloved, show-stopping songs, including “Be Our Guest”, “Beauty and the Beast”, “Human Again”, and many more! Sure to be a family favorite!
