The magic of the holiday season comes alive with a visit to Santa’s winter wonderland. Santa will be here starting November 9th and is located at the Lower Level, Zara Court. A visit with Santa is always free and photo packages are available for purchase.

Schedule Your Spot to Meet the Big Guy

Pre-Booking your visit is recommended to help reduce wait time and it's easy:

1. Pre-book now and receive a free personalized video from North Pole after your visit, powered by Portable North Pole. 
2. All guests who pre-book will also receive a personalized call from Santa prior to your visit.
   
3. Show up at your designated time.
4. Share your wish list with Santa and his helpers.
   
5. Make a lasting memory and get your photo taken with Santa.

Special Santa Events

Pet Nights

Bring your favorite pets to see Santa and support the Humane Society with any photo experience.

• Mondays 4-7 pm – 11/13, 11/20, 11/27, 12/4  from 4PM - 7PM

Please enter and exit via the lower level entrance by Old Navy just prior to, and immediately after, your Santa visit. Pets must be well mannered and must be placed on a leash or placed in a carrier.  Pet handlers are responsible to clean up after their pet while on property. 

*Service animals are welcome at anytime during mall hours but must be on a leash or in a carrier

In partnership with Autism Speaks, we've reserved a time for special sensory-friendly Santa experiences.

November 9-22:

• Mon – Sat: 11am-7pm
• Sun: 12pm-6pm

November 23 (Thanksgiving): 

• Closed

November 24 -30:

• Mon – Sat: 11am-7pm 
• Sun: 12pm-6pm

December 1-17:

• Mon – Fri: 11am-7pm
• Sat: 10am-8pm
• Sun: 12pm-6pm

December 18-23:

• Mon - Sat: 10am-8pm

December 24 (Christmas Eve):

• Sun: 9am-4pm

 

Note: Santa may take short breaks to feed his reindeer
