NJ's oldest and largest Labor Day Parade and South Plainfield’s favorite tradition is back for 2021!

As it has in the past, the 62nd Labor Day Parade begins at 10am at the PAL building and make it's way down Maple Ave and Plainfield Ave; concluding at the South Plainfield Middle School.

A new location for 2021, the after-parade festivities will be held at VETERAN’S PARK (behind the Senior Center) from 12pm-3pm. Join us for food, drinks, live music by Amp’d, vendors, and more! Special performances by The Pettet Sisters will be held during the band’s breaks.

The fun-filled day ends with an amazing firework display by Pyrotechnico at or around 8:45pm in Spring Lake Park. Come down early for live music by Amp’d starting at 6:00pm.

This year's parade theme is “South Plainfield’s Heroes”; celebrating all of those who give back to our community
