4. Hillsborough: 9th Annual Santa Fly-In
As in the past, children will receive personal letters written by Santa and will delight in receiving a gift selected just for them! It's a magical day filled with holiday crafts to create while waiting to meet Santa, a balloon twister, a magician, a face painter and holiday tattoos will also be available throughout a large heated hangar. Bring your camera or phone and take as many photos as you would like with Santa. This year we have added a new feature - a photo booth for the entire family to get together - so be sure to take advantage of additional photo opportunities. Hot dogs, chips, and drinks are included with your admission. YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE - $10-$15
5. Carteret: A Charlie Brown Christmas
The classic animated television special comes to life in this faithful stage adaptation that celebrates the timeless television classic so the whole family can join Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus and the rest of the Peanuts characters in their journey to uncover the true meaning of Christmas. After the final bow, the show crescendos into a celebration of song as the audience is invited to join the Peanuts gang in singing traditional Christmas songs and carols. A Charlie Brown Christmas: Live on Stage is a present the whole family can enjoy! There’s no better way for both children and adults to discover the magic of the season.! - $30+
